Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@cradiate.shop.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
